"According to Freddie Mac, 30 year fixed mortgage averaged 4.35 percent for the week. Currently, Total Mortgage is offering historic low mortgage rates in Virginia. A 30 year fixed conventional mortgage rate is available in VA with an interest rate of 4.125 percent and 4.323 percent APR, lower than the national average.

The national average rate for a 15 year fixed mortgage rate is 3.83 percent. At Total Mortgage, a 15 year fixed conventional mortgage rate can be obtained at a lower interest rate of 3.625 percent and 3.972 percent APR."
