Channel 12 local coverage of foreclosure issues

This is helpful but they still  don't get it.. THE HOLDER OF THE NOTE is rarely the entity that is foreclosing. Private lawsuits are being brought and the JUDGES in ARIZONA have ignored homeowners and gone on presumption BANK is perfect.

This report is okay but not the one that was on tonight, which showed an interview with the county recorder's office and how a bank only needs a few pieces of paper to take your home.  It is not the recorder's job to check the authenticity of the paperwork done by the banks.  OH YES, go try to file something YOURSELF on your own property. They will grill you to make sure it it an allowable item.  If they don't understand it they reject it and send it to the county attorney.
