GO HUFFINGTON POST: Obama To Announce Mortgage Crisis Unit

 

During his State of the Union address tonight, President Obama will announce the creation of a special unit to investigate misconduct and illegalities that contributed to both the financial collapse and the mortgage crisis.

The office, part of a new Unit on Mortgage Origination and Securitization Abuses, will be chaired by Eric Schneiderman, the New York attorney general, according to a White House official.

State of the Union address tonight will probably sound good, but where the hell has the President been in the last 4 years?

Hi friends,

The goal of most Americans is to own a home. Congress wanted loans to be made to low income citizen by eliminating the down payments and providing 100% financing. The mortgage holder was able to buy a home for the same amount they were paying for rent. Thanks a lot.....
