The video that follows is almost scary in how town councils are run.  One viewer commented "it is like kids caught in a room, doing something wrong and trying to figure out how to get out of trouble". We all agreed JUSTICE did not seem to be a big concern, and in fact no concern for the person that was arrested or injured.
