This is the result of one local (arizona) doing two notary complaints based on the foreclosure documents. Congratulations. The AZ - AG is continuing its investgation to the best of our knowledge.
NOTE: ONce you have a notary complaint finished and a good (for you) outcome, follow up with appropriate actions such as lawsuit to prevent a repeat. WE are aware of at least one bank switch after notary revocation. A new bank took over starting from square one. Do not let that happen to you, if you can avoid it.
