.RaceDay condominiums' foreclosure sale March 14, or not | TriCities.com: "A long-delayed foreclosure sale on 42 unsold condominium units at the RaceDay Center complex on Volunteer Parkway has been rescheduled again: This time it’s March 14, but the facility’s owner is – again – pursuing legal action to keep it from happening.
RaceDay Center LLC, the Bristol, Tenn., firm that built and owns the two-tower, 92-unit condo center across from Bristol Motor Speedway, filed suit this time in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee to prevent the March 14 sale on the unsold 42 units.
The unsold 42 RaceDay condos have been scheduled for foreclosure on four separate occasions since September 2010, only to be delayed for various reasons."
