EXCLUSIVE: Justice Department memo reveals legal case for drone strikes on Americans - Open Channel

First time in ages that I've agreed with the ACLU which stated: "THIS IS A CHILLING DOCUMENT!" NO longer will prove or evidence have torule.... simply being a suspect in the wrong place at the wrong time could result in your EXTERMINATION.   Things are vague and the OBAMA administration has taken out safety stops , such as evidence or action. THE suspicion of action could result in a drone stike killing an innocent American, who is convicted int he minds of the administration authorizing attacks without any proof or evidence.  You can't waterboard or torture terrorists but you can kill Americans without any problem.

EXCLUSIVE: Justice Department memo reveals legal case for drone strikes on Americans - Open Channel: "The 16-page memo, a copy of which was obtained by NBC News, provides new details about the legal reasoning behind one of the Obama administration’s most secretive and controversial polices: its dramatically increased use of drone strikes against al-Qaida suspects abroad, including those aimed at American citizens, such as the  September 2011 strike in Yemen that killed alleged al-Qaida operatives Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan. Both were U.S. citizens who had never been indicted by the U.S. government nor charged with any crimes.  "
